Joe Winters is a financial and management executive with 35 years of experience mainly with divisions of Fortune 1000 companies. For the last six years he successfully ran Day-Timers, Inc., an $80 million subsidiary of ACCO Brands Corporation, as their President. Earlier in his career he was Chief Financial Officer for a start-up semiconductor company and has also served as Divisional VP Finance with two other companies. Joe also has experience running manufacturing operations and setting-up a plant in Israel for another hi-tech company.
In his most recent role, Joe demonstrated an ability to grow revenues and earnings in both domestic and international markets for Day-Timers by developing and implementing aggressive, multi-channel marketing programs for this consumer products manufacturer and supplier. He is also recognized for his leadership and team building skills and also has experience with turnaround situations.
Joe has a B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University and an MBA from California State University. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group where he is a participant in their CEO, Private Equity and Supply Chain sub-groups.
