Our Leadership Lab 20/20 program is for both emerging and established leaders who want a clear vision of how to create high performance teams through better communications, interpersonal skills and culture building.
Teams learn to overcome workplace challenges and the resulting drama that arises when they are not effectively addressed. Through continuous leadership development, high performance teams are able to develop and sustain a value-driven culture – which leads to bottom-line results.
We offer two program options, limited to 10 people in a group:

A group comprised of one to two people from a variety of companies and industries, meeting virtually to minimize the amount of time key executives need to be away from their work.
