My business experience is built on managing teams to uncover customer needs and then establish the strategies and sales processes necessary to attain – and sustain – consistent, repeatable success. Plain and simple, I’m a problem solver who thrives on accelerating success for others.
I grew up in Bethlehem and launched my career at Kraft in Allentown, where I cut my teeth in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain management. From there, my path took me into a progression of SaaS roles, all with the common thread of analyzing metrics and developing targeted solutions to achieve reliable outcomes.
The decision to join Compass Point was the logical next step for me. As a Family Business Consultant, I can apply all my sales, customer journey, and leadership knowledge through the Six Pillars Framework to guide family business owners and leadership teams in building a stronger business model for today and future generations. I am excited to be a part of Compass Point’s strategic vision to expand into areas south of the Lehigh Valley, where I live with my family. In my downtime, I satisfy my competitive streak by playing pickleball, running, and biking with the hope of picking up golf soon.
Community involvement includes:
- Active member of St Andrew Parish in Newtown, PA; member of Pre-Cana team assisting couples in marriage preparation since 2010
- Volunteer for “Cocktails at the Castle,” Mercer Museum’s largest fundraiser; acting as co-chair from 2010 – 2016 and again in 2019
