How to Decide if Self-Mastery is a Good Fit for Your Leadership Development Needs:
Who would benefit the most?
Individuals who have not had an opportunity to engage in reflection and definition of who they are as a leader. They can be a current leader who would benefit from being more intentional with their leadership or an emerging leader who will be stepping into a future leadership position.
How many people will be in each Lab?
Up to 15 participants
What is the length of the program?
10 months (Next session: September 9, 2025 to June 9, 2026)
What is the format (in-person, Zoom, etc.)?
The first and last sessions are held in person at Lehigh Country Club. Sessions 2-9 are held on Zoom.
What is the time commitment?
3.5 hours per month
How will the time be spent?
• 2.5 hours spent as a full group on the second Tuesday of each month from 8:30 am to 11:00 am
• 30 minutes of individualized coaching with Kaitlin
• 30 minutes of meeting with Peer Coaching Partner
What is a Peer Coaching Partner?
Participants will be paired with someone in the cohort and use a discussion guide to deepen their knowledge and application of program content
