LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT for TEAMS

Our Leadership Lab 20/20 program is for both emerging and established leaders who want a clear vision of how to create high performance teams through better communications, interpersonal skills and culture building.

Teams learn to overcome workplace challenges and the resulting drama that arises when they are not effectively addressed. Through continuous leadership development, high performance teams are able to develop and sustain a value-driven culture – which leads to bottom-line results. 

We offer two program options, limited to 10 people in a group:

 

CORPORATE TRAINING

All attendees are from the same company and the program is conducted at your workplace. On-site corporate training can start anytime.

 

MULTI-COMPANY CLASS

A group comprised of one person from a variety of companies and industries that meet at the Compass Point Training Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Next multi-company group starts September 2020.

MEET YOUR LEADERSHIP LAB COACH

Cheyenne Bennett developed the Leadership Lab 20/20 curriculum to help leaders focus on self-awareness, communication and healthy conflict. These are skill sets needed to cultivate high-performance leaders and teams within the family business.  Along with being a Certified High Performance Coach, Cheyenne is also DiSC Certified, experienced with Myers-Briggs as well as Gallup StrengthsFinder. You will receive all 3 assessments as part of your Leadership Lab investment.
