Lizette Dubacher

I put my strong business acumen to work for family businesses to help them successfully create a vision, develop a strategy, and implement changes including key growth initiatives and operational improvements.

Ever since I can remember, I have always felt most energized when connecting the dots, simplifying complexities, and solving problems. For the last 20+ years, strategy development and business transformations have been my passion.

My extensive background in corporate strategic planning, my drive to align hearts and minds around a vision, and my experience living and working in different countries, motivate me to deeply understand diverse cultural and business perspectives. This allows me to support senior leadership in setting a clear strategic vision and driving successful implementation through simplifying key issues and building consensus across diverse cross-functional teams.

Born and raised in Mexico, my studies began at Tecnológico de Monterrey with a B.S. in Electronic Systems. I attended Universidad de Monterrey to earn my Master’s in Organizational Development, and Harvard Business School to earn my MBA. I am a certified Gravitas Impact™ Business Coach.

My successful track record of producing operational improvements and identifying new market opportunities to increase stakeholder value is what I am excited to deliver to our clients. Setting clearly defined strategic priorities and aligning people, processes, and technology to those goals is critical to the organization’s success. I’m excited to be a part of that transformation and to impact the lives of our clients.

Outside of my Compass Point work, I enjoy practicing yoga, reading, and traveling around the world. I also spend time participating in several non-profit organizations such as:

• Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites. Member of the Marketing Committee
• SCORE™, a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Certified mentor helping entrepreneurs and small business owners
• Executive Board of the Boys Scouts (Scouting America – Minsi Trails)
