Connect with KaitlinAt the heart of what I do is a simple but powerful conviction: a company’s success is intrinsically connected to the depth and strength of its leadership. And leadership, I’ve come to understand, isn’t defined by a title or a position on an org chart — it lives in the people who influence, inspire, and move others forward, at every level of an organization. When an owner and their team have that “lightbulb moment” — when they truly grasp what intentional leadership development makes possible — measurable growth follows. In the weeks, months, and years ahead, everything changes. Those moments are why I chose this work. Or perhaps more accurately, why it chose me.
Creating environments where people can surpass their perceived limitations, embrace vulnerability, and stretch their leadership capacity has been a lifelong fascination — and a lifelong pursuit. It was fitting, then, that the University of Delaware — the school I simply felt drawn to attend — offered a Bachelor of Science in Leadership. That early foundation only deepened over time, leading me to pursue a PhD in Organizational Leadership twelve years later.
My commitment to continuous learning means that my work is always evolving. I stay deeply engaged with the latest research, frameworks, and practices in leadership development — not for the sake of novelty, but because the people and organizations I work with deserve programs that are current, relevant, and grounded in what actually works.
Today, I bring all of that learning to Compass Point, where I work with family businesses and their teams to build stronger individual leaders, stronger teams, and stronger families — because when leadership grows, everything grows.

Community involvement includes:
In my spare time, I am an avid reader, I love to read, cook and bake (I’m always testing out new recipes), workout/run, peruse thrift stores, travel, and spend time with loved ones.
