Driven by a deep love of family and contributing to a company’s success, I bring my sales, business development, and real-life generational family business experience to support our family business clients.

I am incredibly proud and inspired to bring this spirit of family and unity to my role as a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point. I am passionate about helping others solve challenges, build thoughtful plans for the future, and create enduring legacies that can be passed from one generation to the next. When family businesses thrive, so do our communities and our country. My personal focus is on strengthening trust and alignment between current owners and their Next Gen leaders, helping families across the Mid-Atlantic region move their shared vision forward with confidence.

Prior to joining Compass Point, I spent six years with two leading medical device companies, where I successfully managed large territories and built strong relationships with key stakeholders across regional hospitals and health systems. In addition to my sales responsibilities, I served as a Field Sales Trainer, onboarding and mentoring new hires to support their long-term success. With a strong foundation in business management and marketing, I bring proven experience in sales process execution, business growth, and relationship-building – both professional and family-centered.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and son, traveling, playing tennis and pickleball, cooking, and enjoying girls’ nights with friends.
