I am incredibly proud and inspired to bring this spirit of family and unity to my role as a Family Business Consultant at Compass Point. I am passionate about helping others solve problems, build plans for success, and establish legacies that can be passed on from generation to generation. When family businesses succeed, our communities and country thrive. My personal focus will be creating strong, resilient bonds between current owners and their Next Gen leaders to help families throughout the Mid-Atlantic region move their company vision forward.
Before joining Compass Point, I spent six years at two leading medical device companies. I excelled in managing significant territories while building and nurturing key stakeholder relationships across regional hospitals and health systems. Additionally, as a Field Sales Trainer, I onboarded new hires, ensuring their smooth transition and success. With a strong business management and marketing background, I bring a wealth of experience in sales process, driving business growth, and fostering strong professional (and now family) relationships.
