My career path has been anything but traditional, and that’s one of my greatest strengths. I’ve built and run a successful bakery (and even made a few appearances on the Food Network!), led high-impact fundraising efforts in the nonprofit space, and developed deep experience in donor and client relationship management. Each chapter taught me something new about how people work, how trust is built, and how creativity and structure can coexist to create meaningful change.
At Compass Point, I get to apply all of that experience to help family businesses grow stronger, navigate transition, and align around a shared vision. I enjoy guiding conversations that matter—whether that’s around succession, strategy, or leadership development – and I bring both enthusiasm and practicality to every engagement. I thrive on collaboration and seeing people gain clarity and confidence through our work together.
Outside of Compass Point, I stay actively involved in the community through board service and volunteer work with organizations focused on family support, healing, and advocacy:
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, family & friends (and my three dogs!), as well as walking, reading, yoga, and attempting to be a plant lady.
