What do I need to bring?
Nothing at all! Yoga mats will be provided, but you can bring your own.
What shall I wear?
Anything comfortable ranging from traditional yoga attire to your favorite sweatpants and hoodie. Layers, such as sweatshirts, and warm socks are recommended.
Exactly what type of exercise will this be? This class will include both functional and somatic movements, with options provided to make it suitable for all levels. Somatic movement uses slow, gentle motions to release chronic pain and stress in the body, and functional movement incorporates mobility and strength training to support real-world biomechanics. The class will help repattern stuck fascia resulting from lifestyle, stress and prolonged sitting, allowing you to move more comfortably through everyday life. No experience is necessary.
