Through our 2-day workshop, participants will develop the skills to thrive as managers. Individuals will learn how to develop strong teams, conduct effective meetings, navigate tough conversations confidently, and develop their direct reports through coaching mechanisms. At the end of the 2-day workshop, participants will create a Managerial Application Plan (MAP) and will be invited to engage in remote opportunities for application-based shared learning.

- Duration is 5 months
- 2-Day Workshop from 8:30am – 3:00pm
- Integrative Reflective Learning Sessions will be held once a month via Zoom, from 8:30-10:30am
- The program fee is due before the start of the workshop
